Maintenance

Do not use dish soap or dishwasher machine.

For a correct cleaning use some bicarbonate together with few drops of vinegar or lemon and, using an abrasive sponge, make a gentle scrub on the surface. Then rinse under water and let it dry in an airy space before storage.

To safe elasticity and brilliancy, polish with some linseed oil the cutting board surface regularly.

As every wood manifactured object, wood dishes need to be oil feeded for an everlasting beauty.
